What could be better than DHC’s free samples? How about free DHC products.Customers far and wide know DHC for our generous sampling policy—four free samples with every order, send free samples to a friend—now you can get free products just by shopping with DHC. It’s easy! Here’s how it works:
Create your personal DHC online account here at www.dhcuk.co.uk or call us at 08000 23 24 25*, then make a purchase. You’ll earn 5 points for every £1.00 you spend on DHC products. We’ll even round up to the nearest whole pound, so that if you spend £1.01, we’ll give you 10 points! Keep your eyes open for special promotions, including bonus point days and bonus points for buying specially featured products. Your points are valid for 6 months, so don’t forget to redeem them for free products! We’ll keep track of your point earnings in your online account and send you reminders before they expire. If you currently have Rewards Points that have not expired, we’ll renew their expiration date whenever you make a DHC purchase.
When you’re ready to get your free products, simply login to your DHC online account and go to the DHC Rewards Store! You’ll see a list of DHC products along with their DHC Rewards Store point prices. If you have accumulated enough points to cover the entire cost of a product, then you can purchase it either online or by telephone. Any unused points will remain in your account until you spend them or they expire.
Don’t wait. The sooner you start participating in the DHC Rewards Points programme, the sooner you can get your free products!
- Points earned on product total, before delivery fees and after promotional discounts are applied (except Share & Save, where points are earned before discount is applied)
- Points are not redeemable for cash
- Points are not transferable
- Qualifying purchases exclude gift certificates

How do I earn DHC Rewards Points?
Earning points is easy! You can do it in one of two ways:
Buy products directly from DHC: Go to our website at www.dhcuk.co.uk or call us at 08000 23 24 25* to make a purchase of any DHC product (excluding gift certificates). We’ll award you 5 points for every £1.00 you spend before delivery fees and after promotions (unless otherwise stated). If it’s your first purchase, we’ll triple the point value of your order. Earn even more points when you buy featured products or order on bonus points days (triple points for first-time purchase not combinable with bonus point days -- see below for more details).
Share & Save: Refer people you know to DHC. Tell your friends and family members about how well DHC products work for you. When they’re ready to order, have them give us your name and customer number (located on the back of your catalogue) or your address. We’ll give them triple points for every pound they spend, plus 10% off their first order (points will be awarded before 10% discount is applied). How many points do I earn for my purchases?
In general, you’ll earn 5 points for every £1.00 you spend on products. We’ll even round up to thenearest whole pound. So, for example, if you spend £10.00 on your order, you’ll receive 50 points.If you spend £10.50, we’ll round up to £11.00 and give you 55 points for your order. And don’t

Do I get Rewards Points for every £1.00 I spend, including delivery fees?
No, DHC Rewards Points are awarded based on the product total, meaning the value of your
order before delivery fees are applied.

Can I earn Rewards Points when I purchase gift certificates?
No, we’re sorry but purchasing gift certificates does not earn Rewards Points. Everything else
unless later specified, earns you points when you purchase your products directly through DHC UK Ltd. Sorry, but we cannot award points on purchases made at a retail location.

Do you offer bonus points other than on featured products for special bonus days?
Yes, every new DHC customer earns triple points on their very first order.
If you are currently a DHC customer, you can earn extra Rewards Points just for referring new customers to DHC through our Share & Save programme. Simply tell someone you know about DHC -- you can even send them samples of our bestselling products using the Share & Save card included in every order, contacting a DHC Advisor on our website using Live Chat or calling us at 08000 23 24 25.* When your friend or family member is ready to order, have them provide us with your name and Customer Number (located on the back of your catalogue) or your address. They’ll automatically earn triple points on their first order plus get 10% off their order for naming you as the referrer. You get the total value of your friend or family member’s first order. Do my points expire?
Yes, DHC Rewards Points are good for 6 months from the date that you earn them. So don’t forget to cash them in and get your free products! As a courtesy to you, we’ll refresh your unexpired points every time you make a new purchase, exchange products you’ve purchased for new ones or receive bonus points for referring a new customer to DHC through our Share & Save programme so that all of your existing points will have the same expiration date.

How can I keep track of my points?
You can view your Rewards Points balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by logging on to your DHC online account. You can also call a DHC Call Centre Advisor at 08000 23 24 25.* You’ll also find your points balance on each invoice included with your products.
Please note that following any transaction, it may take up to 24 hours to see your updated points balance on your account.

If I return products on which I earned Rewards Points, what happens to my point
balance?
Under The DHC Guarantee, if for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return merchandise within 60 days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
If you return products for a refund, any points you earned on purchasing those products will be deducted from your points balance. The expiration date of your remaining points returns to the date of your last qualifying transaction.
If you exchange products, we will adjust your points earnings based on the adjusted product total of your order. For example, if you originally purchased one Olive Virgin Oil for £25.50 and earned 130 points, then exchanged it for one Alpha-Arbutin White Cream at £29.00, which earns 145 points, we would give you the difference of 15 points on the exchange. Similarly, if you exchanged your Olive Virgin Oil for a lesser priced product, such as Tocophero E Cream, which is regularly priced at £18.00 and earns 90 points, we would subtract the difference from your points balance; in this case, 40 points. With any exchange, your points are given a new expiration date: 6 months from the date your exchange is processed.

How do I redeem my points for products?
Getting your products is easy. Simply log on to your DHC online account to see your points balance. Then click on “Rewards Store” from the navigation bar. You’ll be able to see virtually all of your favourite products listed along with their prices in points. If you have enough points to cover the entire cost of a product you want, you can use your points to purchase it online or by calling 08000 23 24 25.*
You cannot use points to partially cover the cost of a product. Say, for example, you have 4000 points and want to redeem them to purchase a product that costs 3250 points and one that costs 4500 points. Of these choices, you would only be able to purchase the product that costs 3250 points. If you do so, you can use the remaining 750 points to purchase another product priced at 750 points or less, but cannot use the 750 points as a partial payment toward a higher-priced product.
You can also combine your regular purchases from DHC with purchases from the DHC Rewards Store for one convenient cash-and-points transaction.

Am I required to redeem a minimum amount of points when I purchase products from the Rewards Store?
No, you only need to be able to cover the entire point price of the product you wish to purchase.

Are there a maximum number of points I can accrue or redeem at one time?
No, you can accrue as many points as you want and redeem as many as you want at one time for free products as long as your points have not expired and you can cover the entire cost of a product with the amount of points you have.

When I purchase products from the Rewards Store, do I have to pay a delivery fee?
Yes, standard delivery fees apply to all orders from the DHC Rewards Store. Expedited delivery is also available (see chart below):

A product’s delivery fee is based on its retail price. For example, if you purchase a product for 2700 points and its regular retail price is £36.00, and this is the only item in your order, your standard delivery fee is £3.95. However, if you purchase additional products, either with points from the DHC Rewards Store or without points from the DHC website, and the total retail price comes to £50.00 or more, your delivery is free. I have a gift certificate worth £25.00. Can I use this in the DHC Rewards Store?
No, we’re sorry but other offers, including gift certificates, promotion codes or discounts, cannot be used toward DHC Rewards Store purchases. Only points can be used in the DHC Rewards Store. However, you can use your gift certificate, promotion code or discount toward the cash portion of a combined cash-and-points order. All applicable conditions for these offers apply.

Can I use points to get a discount off of my order from your online retail store?
No, Rewards Points are only good toward purchases from the DHC Rewards Store and cannot be used to provide discounts on cash purchases. To redeem points in the DHC Rewards Store, you must have enough points to cover the entire cost of the product you want.

Can I give points to my friend so that she can try your products?
We appreciate that you want to spread the word about DHC. Unfortunately, at this time, points are not transferable. We recommend using your points to acquire a product for your friend from the DHC Rewards Store.

Can I earn points when I get products from the DHC Rewards Store?
No, redeeming points to acquire free products from the DHC Rewards Store does not earn points. Points are earned either by making a purchase from DHC or by making a qualified referral of a new customer to DHC.
