To order online, add at least one product to your shopping bag and then click Checkout.

You may order online here at www.DHCUK.co.uk 24 hours a day.

Orders and requests are subject to verification and acceptance before delivery.

For faster processing:

  • Print your full name and address
  • Provide your phone number for delivery purposes
  • Enclose your cheques/money order/gift certificate OR enter your credit card number and expiration date
  • Cheques must be preprinted with an imprint of the cheque's issuing bank, and with your name and physical address

Order history

You can view your order history on our website by creating and logging into your online account. For instructions on creating an online account, click here.

Once you are logged in, select Order History from the menu on the left.

Cancel or change order

If you'd like to change or cancel your order after it's been placed we'll do our best to help you. Please call us for assistance (our business hours are listed below). Please note that we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Some even ship in as little as four hours. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it for you. In some cases, this may require issuing a refund and/or placing a new order if it is already in our warehouse for fulfillment.
