Benefits of Rewards Points for Registered Customers

When you register for a dhcuk.co.uk account, you’ll start earning and accruing rewards points that are redeemable towards the cost of your order. This is just one way for us to give back to our loyal customers.

You'll fall into one of three tiers based on the amount of points earned. Points have twice as much value in the top two tiers, so the more you spend, the more you earn! Plus, you’ll be eligible for exclusive DHC goodies, early access to sales, and much more.

If you don’t have an online account, perks of the original Rewards Points programme are still available for phone orders.

Please note: DHC Tokuten rewards are exclusive to online account holders; benefits of the original Rewards Points programme are exclusive to customers who do not have online accounts. You may only earn rewards in either the online or offline programmes. Whichever you prefer—the choice is yours!

Earning & Redeeming Rewards Points

You earn 5 points per £1.00 in product purchases. During checkout, you’ll have the option to redeem your points once you’ve accrued 100 points. Redeemable points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards and gift cards.

Managing My Rewards Points

You can view and manage your points in your account. You’ll be able to keep track of your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

Rewards Points Expiration

Rewards points expire one year from your last purchase. We'll email you when your points are close to expiring so you don't miss your chance to redeem them.

DHC Tokuten Terms & Conditions

17 January 2018

Welcome to the new DHC Tokuten rewards programme!  By purchasing products from the DHC website at www.dhcuk.co.uk (the “Site”), you agree to participate in DHC's Tokuten rewards programme and to these Tokuten Terms & Conditions.

As part of the Tokuten rewards programme, rewards points are earned on purchases of DHC products made directly from DHC via the Site.  DHC will determine the rate at which points are earned on each purchase and the rate may change from time to time.  In addition, different tiers with the Tokuten rewards programme may earn points at different rates.  Please check the Tokuten FAQs for up-to-date information on earning and redeeming rewards points and the other benefits of the Tokuten rewards programme.  DHC will strive to give notice prior to changing the rate and other benefits of the Tokuten rewards programme, but rates and benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Rewards points will be awarded based on the product total after reduction for all sales, discounts, adjustments, credits, point redemptions and coupons, including gift vouchers that were issued where cash payment for the voucher was less than face value, and on the Tokuten tier level of the customer.

DHC may from time to time award bonus rewards points based on product purchased, purchase date, first-time purchase and other programmes developed or to be developed. The bonus reward point awards will be specified for each promotion. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.

Rewards points will not be earned or awarded on amounts paid toward surcharges, shipping and handling fees and other charges associated with the delivery of the merchandise or fees imposed by any government agency. Tokuten rewards points may not be redeemed or earned on phone orders through the DHC Customer Care center. Orders placed via phone will remain part of the original DHC Rewards Points programme.

Not all merchandise may be eligible for point awards. Unless otherwise stated, purchases of DHC products from sources other than DHC are ineligible for point awards even if that source is an authorised DHC retailer. DHC employee and wholesale purchases do not qualify.

Tokuten rewards points may be redeemed on any DHC product order placed online through the Site.

Orders paid for in whole or in part made with rewards points are not valid until reviewed and accepted by DHC. DHC reserves the right to hold, modify or cancel any order paid for with points at its sole discretion. Tokuten rewards points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.

Tokuten rewards points expire one year after they are earned unless another qualifying purchase is made within that period, which period may be changed from time to time without notice. Expired points may not be reactivated or redeemed. DHC may send email notifications as a courtesy to customers to remind them when points are expiring. Neither failure of DHC to send or customer to receive an email notification, nor delay in sending or receipt of an email notification will extend the expiration of the customer's points.

Return of products purchased with rewards points is subject to DHC's return policy which may change from time to time. DHC reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of products paid for in whole or in part with points. Tokuten rewards point adjustments in connection with the return of products purchased with points will be determined at DHC's sole discretion.

DHC reserves the right to modify or cancel its Tokuten rewards programme and/or other loyalty programmes at any time without notice. DHC reserves the right to cancel or revoke any account at any time without notice or compensation. Unused points in a customer's account at the time of cancellation, revocation, or programme termination shall be forfeited without compensation. DHC reserves the right to adjust customer point balances for errors, including, without limitation, intentional and/or unintentional typographical errors and errors of omission by customers, DHC or its systems (electronic or otherwise).
